The Shy Lips

The songs these indie rock gentlemen write are catchy, tasteful and somewhat edgy. It’s an immediate vibe they create when their souls clash on stage, all lost in the music. Stylish, well yes, but still raw. Just some great pieces of music performed live with the proper amount of energy. It doesn’t have to be any harder than that, really.

After just six months as a band, The Shy Lips had their first EP out on the streets, played the biggest clubs in Gothenburg and were receiving attention and praise from the blogosphere. Their second EP ”Nowadays” has been aired on national radio as well as on web stations over Europe and other parts of the world. Their new single “She was born in Bahia” has been aired on BBC and will soon be available on Spotify, Soundcloud etc.

It’s all about keeping it simple, so simple it gets hard to understand what the thing is. You just know The Shy Lips got it.
