I’ve been singing and writing for as long as I can remember. Music has always been an essential part of who I am, so not really a choice for me, it’s been a necessity. It’s been a little over a year since I began learning guitar and putting my music out there and it’s been a beautiful journey in finding myself. My style is an intimate acoustic folk, I write to express my feelings and emotions as truly and authentically as possible. I think something beautiful happened when I decided to serve my soul up on a plate for the masses, I began making connections with thousands of people and musicians from around the world and it’s been kind of amazing.
I’ve always loved the story telling style of songwriting and am in awe of artists that do it well like Regina Spektor, Lisa Hannigan, Damien Rice, Ray Lamontagne. Currently the tracks that I have out there are in sketch form, bare bones….. my plans for them are to develop them a bit more with proper production and put an album together. I would love to see my music in film and television and it’s a dream of mine to tour the UK and Europe at some point in my life. But all in all, I’m just extremely grateful that others are taking the time to listen to my music.
